As a general rule, if you don't want to lose House points and land yourself in detention, it's usually a good idea not to blatantly disregard the educational decrees from the Ministry right in front of a Prefect and Inquisitorial Squad member. Gryffindor and Hufflepuff students should especially remember this as they check their House points this evening.

Couple weeks ago Umbridge sent me this invitation to join something she called the Inquisitorial Squad, which is basically her way of policing the school. I don't know what she's up to, but I figured it couldn't hurt to accept it, even though I already have the power to take points and everything since I'm a Prefect. Anyway, I just thought I'd tell you. Oh yeah, and I sprained my wrist today.
